
The world's largest multi-event Ninja competition takes place in Harrisburg, PA this summer! More than 2,000 athletes from 41 states and 21 countries are expected to test their skills against a variety of obstacles, courses, and each other. Obstacle racing is gaining international momentum and will debut as part of the modern pentathlon at the 2028 Summer Olympics, so this is a great opportunity to watch some of the best athletes in the world or try the sport yourself.

Hundreds of volunteers are needed to help make these world championship events a success! Get a closer look at the sport and what goes into making these competitions possible by volunteering during the event. No experience is necessary, training will be provided.

Think you have what it takes to be a ninja obstacle course champion or just want to try it out? The Ultimate OCR 3k is open to ages 7+, from beginner to elite competitors. The competition blends three kilometers of running with over 20 obstacle challenges, combining ninja-style elements like rings and monkey bars with traditional obstacle course racing features such as walls and rope climbs. All finishers receive medals, with podium winners earning additional awards. Elite divisions will compete for $4k. Learn more about the competition at https://www.ultimateninja.net/ultimate-ocr-3k.

The FINA World Championship will feature three distinct championship events, each with its own courses, obstacles, and objectives. Athletes will have the opportunity to compete individually in Speed and Endurance events, and then race each other on the Ninja vs. Ninja course. Featuring a round robin schedule, there will always be something exciting to watch! If you've watched “American Ninja Warrior” on tv, expect the same level of excitement! Some of the world’s best athletes will race each other to the buzzer on this dual lane, 100m long head-to-head racing course. Known for its end-of-course rope climb, UNAA brings athletes from all over the world together to crown a World Champion. Athletes will try their skills twice on the course, and then the top athletes will return for a championship run. There will also be a WNAG team championship event on July 16 after the finals are complete.
