Harrisburg University has several venues used for esports events. The Storm esports team hosts one-of-a-kind spectator events such as the HUE Invitational tournament, where 15+ world-class varsity esports teams travel to HU to compete for the title of the HUE Invitational Champion. The university also hosts the Pennsylvania Scholastic Esports League Fall Championships annually and has hosted the State Championships. Below are just a few facilities used for esports competitions in the past, but additional spaces are available based on needs.

eSports Training Arena

  • the official home stadium for HU’s Esports arena, practice space and digital locker room, Stage2. The practice facility houses 25+ MSI gaming computers, floor to ceiling video screens, and a private area for coaching and broadcasting. 

Teaching in the Round Room

  • capacity for 300 people with multiple viewing screens throughout the space

Health Sciences Tower Auditorium

  • capacity for 140 people with 3 breakout rooms that can be used for overflow. Breakout rooms have a capacity of 75, 25, and 35 people.
