Kick off your running season with plenty of options and lots of fun! The YMCA Halfity Half Marathon on April 19, 2026 has you covered with three distance options, including virtual. All participants receive a finisher medal and a t-shirt with their registration. As tradition stands, the finish line takes you right to the Harrisburg Beach Club on City Island, where you can enjoy your post-race nutrition and refreshments
